OUR COMMITTEE IS YOUR COMMITTEE
The 'Triple Nickel' committee is a super-committee that oversees all activities, budget, and resources for all of the units in our chartered organization (pack, troop and crew). The committee is formed by the chartered organization and comprised of the parents of youth in our programs. We encourage all parents to attend and participate in committee meetings and planning sub-committees in order to stay involved and informed. committee meetings are typically held on the Monday following the troop outing for each month (usually the third or fourth Monday). Please check the calendar for specific dates.
Although comprised of all parents of youth in our programs, there are several key (registered) positions that are appointed for an extendable term of one year. Because of the time and responsibility involved, most of the committee positions are typically filled by parents from the troop program, however any parent can be appointed.
The committee is always looking for parents willing to volunteer and in fact, we cannot accomplish our shared mission without the support of every parent. If you are interested in becoming more involved, please contact the committee chair.

MEETING MINUTES
Although the committee will share the most recent committee meeting minutes to all interested parents who could not attend, this should not be substituted for your attendance on a regular basis, since many important discussions and decisions are made at the meetings, and input from all concerned is important. |
